At Chocolini´s we now make both chocolate cakes and our own Choco-Tiers for the chocoholic with something to celebrate.
We can make you either a delicious sponge cake covered in our own recipe Belgian chocolate ganache and decorated with Belgian chocolate.
Or, if you fancy a change from cake, we can make you a Belgian chocolate shell in the shape of a cake tier and fill it with either a selection of continental chocolates, chunks of our own break-up bars, chunks of Belgian chocolate, chocolate callets or a selection of candy - your choice. Alternatively, you can have the same shape made as a solid chunk of chocolate (milk, plain, white or a mixture) or made as a solid chunk of break-up bar. OK so you need a small hammer with these rather than a knife but when you hit it and all the chocolate (or candy) tumbles out it looks (and tastes) great.
This was a joint venture with the girls from Whitby Speciality Cakes. Just under 11kg of Belgian chocolate and a further 11kg of continental chocolates (for decoration) went into this cake - that´s without the weight of the cake itself and the rest of the ingredients that went to make up the ganache - this was one big cake!

Eight inch giant cup cake topper with 80 cup cakes on the stand below. The Belgian chocolate top lifts off the giant cup cake to reveal a flat topped decorated cutting cake. Our cup cakes are all removed from their original baking cases, sliced across and filled with ganache (as with a large cake). We then use the same ganache to top off each cup cake before finishing with Belgian chocolate decorations.
This is made from our Cone Tier and then covered with three sizes of chocolate bubbles - this one was also dotted with chocolate hearts. Can be filled with truffles, buttons, break-up bar or candy etc.
This can also be made with a cone shaped cake interior.
Made in the same way as the Bubble Tier above but this one also had flowers incorporated along with the bubbles and hearts.

Constructed around our largest round tier, this display measured approximately 50cm in height. It was made entirely from plain chocolate and weighed over 5 kilos.
