CHOCO-TIERS
At Chocolini´s we don´t make cakes but we do have our own speciality for the chocoholic with something to celebrate. We´ll make you a Belgian chocolate shell in the shape of a cake tier and fill it with either a selection of continental chocolates, chunks of our own break-up bars, chunks of Belgian chocolate, chocolate callets or a selection of candy - your choice. Alternatively, you can have the same shape made as a solid chunk of chocolate (milk, plain, white or a mixture) or made as a solid chunk of break-up bar. OK so you need a small hammer rather than a knife but when you hit it and all the chocolate (or candy) tumbles out we think that the end result is far more interesting than cake.
This is made from our Cone Tier and then covered with three sizes of chocolate bubbles - this one was also dotted with chocolate hearts. Can be filled with truffles, buttons, break-up bar or candy etc.
Made in the same way as the Bubble Tier above but this one also had flowers incorporated along with the bubbles and hearts.
Constructed around our largest round tier, this display measured approximately 50cm in height. It was made entirely from plain chocolate and weighed over 5 kilos.
